How far China is from Germany

This summer really s*cks, wanna finish the MA thesis in two months and then start the promotion. Also plan to go home, since I haven't been there for one and a half years. I'm not sure whether I miss someone particular there except the family, my dearest parents and dear-dearest grandma. I cannot believe that I haven't seen my grandma for almost five years. How old could she be now? I do hope she's very healthy and strong.
This is only one thing. The other significant event is also on, that is, I am looking for a new apartment since I cannot really stand any more sharing this tiny cage with two other guys, well although one of them is my boyfriend. So, we decided to move out. However, we are poor and have almost no money. And only at this very moment, I understand why they say Bielefeld is a luxurious city. Yes, the rent is nearly the same high as that in Mannheim. Well, similar to China, living in the South should always be more expensive, and Bielefeld is actually very north! I wish we could make it before I go home, but where is the proper "Wohnung?"
And then, suddenly, I find I'm really lack of time whereas China is so far away. Isn't it funny that it's the first time I felt this way since I was in Germany for almost three years. Mum always says that I'm too far away from her, but I just didn't believe, reckoning I could always be around her whenever I want. But when I couldn't even afford a three-week visit, wow, I realize China is extremely far from Germany. That is awful!
