Appreciation

Before working on the module paper of American studies, I reread the comments from Stephen Joyce, with whom I did a seminar named "Korean American Literature." He marked some language misuses out, and more helpfully suggested how I could improve the essay and at the same time taught me how to write an essay on literary criticism. Unfortunately, I didn't propose to improve the grade, since I was satisfied with 2.3. Well, when reading his words letter by letter, I'm really moved for his conscientiousness. He even interpreted how "ethnic groups" are different from "racialized groups." What a marvellous teacher can he be!
